Before you choose your display make sure the cooling system does not use hazardous liquid in the cooling mechanism, which could be harmful to human health. Delta uses a safe & natural process of cooling, which does not put at risk the health of operators in the control rooms. This technology uses liquid vaporization phase change cycle, in which the sealed liquid (pure water) circulates to keep heat away from the light source without any chance of leakage. As there is no electro-mechanical device for liquid circulation the mechanism is maintenance free.Internal Hot swappable & Redundant Power Supplies
Delta houses its dual power supplies inside the cube, unlike competition, who use external power supplies making multiple cable management a nightmare. These power supplies are redundant and hot swappable ensuring long years of uninterrupted duty cycles.Long years of operation
The LED light source has a lifetime of more than 100,000 hours of 24x7 continuous operation. This translates into lower maintenance and a lower total cost of ownership. Driven in eco-mode, the light source can last 11 years or more. Not only the LED source, Delta has ensured that all the other active components like the color wheel also have a life expectancy exceeding 100,000 hours. Color wheels operate in dust free environments due to the sealed engine and are able to achieve lifespans of over 100,000 hours without the need of replacement.Minimal Seam Gap
Delta LED series comes with minimal seam gap of less than 0.2mm, ensuring no loss of pixels. Gaps can hide essential information, or make it tough to interpret and limit the full use of the video wall. Delta being a veteran in displays, has been trying continuously to achieve minimum seam gap to overcome this disrupting limitation. With such a fine seam gap of < 0.2mm and no interrupting bezels, accuracy of operators and decision making is high.Full Alignment using only 6 axis
Delta needs only 6 axis to produce a perfectly aligned image for 24x7 control rooms, with an option of motorized and manual alignment. Alignment needs to be done only once during installation, so no need for a 7 or 8 axis alignment.Energy Efficient: More lumens per watt
